GSB’s public Zambia payment guides name Airtel Money, MTN, Zamtel and Shop Cash, with deposit and withdrawal routes described separately.
Choose the payment direction first
Mobile WebPay deposits use a provider authorisation on the phone. Mobile withdrawals use GSB’s Withdraw menu and account-password confirmation. Shop Cash deposits use a receipt and Transfer Code; collection uses an SMS withdrawal code.
Keep deposit and withdrawal limits separate
The public instructions contain conflicting or mislabelled amounts. This hub does not turn a deposit maximum into a withdrawal limit, assume a zero fee, or assign a processing deadline without a consistent source.
Trace a payment before repeating it
Keep the original transaction reference, amount and time. A wallet debit, a betting credit and a shop collection are different records. If money has not appeared, identify the missing stage before authorising another request.
Bonus conditions are a separate check
A method being documented for deposits does not establish eligibility for every campaign. Compare the current bonus conditions with the method before accepting an offer; neither a search snippet nor a wallet tariff proves eligibility.
Other payment guides
Read the deposit-minimum guide, brand withdrawal overview, bonus conditions or support guide for the separate question you need answered.
