GSB’s withdrawal instructions name MTN WebPay separately from deposits. They use Withdraw, an amount and the betting account password. The incoming wallet record is the receiving side of that request.

Receiving money in MTN Mobile Money and collecting it from an agent are separate stages. The GSB withdrawal request concerns the transfer to the wallet, not a later cash-counter visit.
A provider statement about cash-out charges does not establish an operator fee. Compare the withdrawal request with the wallet receipt, then review the separate tariff for a subsequent agent transaction.
A settled bet or a sports cash-out changes the betting-account record. To receive money in MoMo, use the separate withdrawal route. A betslip reference and a payment reference are not interchangeable.
